Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry across a range of sectors including commercial, residential developments,health care, retail, hospitality / stadia with roles varying from Project Lead, Project Manager and Project Architect.
Simon is responsible for the management of the practice, overseeing the day to day activities and guidance of the team.

Ray started in the Construction Industry in 2006 working prior to this onsite as a construction labourer.
Ray has worked as Project Architect, Architect and Project Manager across a range of sectors including hospitality / stadia projects, residential developments, educational, commercial and retail in the UK, Australia and Ireland.
Ray’s focus is on the design and delivery of projects and alongside the other Directors is responsible for the management of the practice.
Director
PgDip Quantity Surveying, BSc Geomatics, Project Management, Construction and Contract Law.
Davy started his career as a Land Surveyor in 2006 and has worked in Ireland, Australia and the UK, most recently in London with Balfour Beatty / TFL in 2014.
In 2015 he started working as a Project Manager and QS in the private construction sector in London, focusing mainly on commercial, retail and residential projects.
Davy’s focus is on the cost management and delivery of projects and alongside the other directors is responsible for the management of the practice.
Our team of experienced dedicated Project Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Consultants are assigned to each project with all aspects of the project overseen by the Directors.
